Premium includes lorebooks, unlimited messaging and monthly Moments. Ultimate adds personas, group chats and a larger grant. Media still spends Moments.

Check the next charge as well as the first
An introductory discount may end after the first billing period. Compare the initial payment with the renewal amount; an old promotional code may no longer apply.
Annual subscriptions still deliver monthly Moments grants. The full year's allowance is not credited upfront, and ordinary unused monthly grants are replaced rather than accumulated.
Stop renewal and understand refund eligibility
In Settings, select Manage Subscription, then Cancel Subscription and Confirm. Access continues until the paid term ends. Cancellation neither closes your account nor automatically refunds the period.
Unused days are normally non-refundable, subject to policy exceptions and applicable law. Report billing errors to [email protected] within 30 days of the statement, including transaction details but not full card information.
EU and UK initial subscriptions have a 14-calendar-day withdrawal provision: a full refund without premium use, or a refund less a proportional deduction after use. It does not cover renewals. Email a clear withdrawal request before the deadline.

What are the regular Secrets AI subscription charges?
Premium costs $19.99 monthly or $109.99 annually; Ultimate costs $39.99 monthly or $319.99 annually. Annual totals are charged for the year.
How much Moments credit comes with a paid plan?
Premium supplies 8,000 monthly Moments; Ultimate supplies 15,000. Ordinary grant balances reset monthly. Purchased top-ups are separate.
Where can I find a usable discount code?
Look at the Store offer available to your account. Read its renewal price; a discounted first term need not mean discounted renewals.
Can a prepaid key add Moments or extend my plan?
Supported keys pay for subscription terms, not top-ups, and cannot extend an active subscription. Read Moments and payments before redeeming one.
What happens when I cancel a yearly subscription?
Renewal stops, while paid access lasts through the annual term. A refund is a separate request governed by the applicable conditions.
