Separate access from additional usage
Free offers 20 daily text messages with no monthly Moments grant. Premium includes unlimited text messages and 8,000 monthly Moments. Ultimate includes unlimited text and 15,000 monthly Moments, together with features such as Personas and group chat. Choose for the activities you expect to use.
Compare the monthly and annual prices using the actual billed total. An annual monthly equivalent divides a yearly purchase by twelve; it does not turn that offer into monthly billing. Read the term and charge together, especially when an introductory discount is shown.
Understand which part of the balance changes
Monthly grant Moments reset each month, including on annual subscriptions, rather than building up indefinitely. Purchased top-ups do not expire. When you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, unused grant Moments become non-expiring Top-Up Moments.
You need a paid subscription to buy a top-up. Adding Moments does not independently grant a feature reserved for another tier. Keep the grant and top-up rules separate when deciding whether you need more usage or a different plan.
Keep a clear record of the commitment
Before paying, review the currency, billed total, renewal period and any first-term offer. Your account and selected payment method determine the transaction details. A sample generation rate cannot tell you what every later request will cost across different models, quantities or settings.
Stopping renewal and deleting an account are separate actions. Cancellation leaves access in place for the paid period; a disputed charge or refund needs its own request. Read the billing and policy hub, keep the transaction identifier and never send full card details in a support message.
Questions and answers
Does basic text conversation require a Moments top-up?
No. Basic messages follow the text allowance of your plan. Optional images, video, calls and some creation actions have their own charges and eligibility.
Can Ultimate generate as much media as I want without extra spending?
No. Its larger monthly grant and additional features do not remove image, video or call metering. Check the total for the action you select.
What matters when moving to another billing period?
Compare the full payment with the period of access, then read renewal and balance treatment. A monthly equivalent alone is not enough to understand the change.
