Understand what a Discord connection does
Joining the community server is different from connecting Discord to your Secrets account. The account integration uses Discord authorization and can synchronize a role with an existing subscription. Check which Discord account is selected and read the requested permissions before confirming a connection.
Each Discord account can connect to one Secrets account. If linking fails, consider whether it is already connected elsewhere rather than repeating authorization without checking. Contact support when you need help identifying the connection; do not give another member your password to fix it.
Use a community destination provided by Secrets. A server with a similar title, an unsolicited message or a copied logo is not enough to establish that it is ours. Ask support for the current destination if you cannot identify it.
Share the question, not your private records
For a general question, describe the control you are using and what you are trying to do. A discussion about how to organize a group story does not need your account email or payment receipt. Remove private details from screenshots before posting them.
Reddit and other independent discussions do not create support requests with us. If a post concerns a missing purchase, an account connection or a data request, send the identifying details privately to [email protected]. Other members can discuss their experience, but their replies do not change your billing or account status.
Send us enough detail to identify the problem
For account help, include the account email, affected feature, exact error and when it happened. For a charge, include the relevant receipt detail without the full card number. A cropped screenshot can help explain a confusing control, provided it does not expose someone else's information.
